Use 1/4 teaspoon per gallon in beer to jump-start a slow/stuck fermentation.
Use 1/2 teaspoon per gallon in wine to stimulate fermentation.
May also be used for mead and honey brews.
Ingredients: A blend of diammonium phosphate, magnesium sulfate, yeast hulls, and a vitamin B complex. 1 lb.
