It ferments very fast and reveals subtle and well-balanced aromas.
To maintain the aromatic profile at the end of the fermentation, we do recommend to crop this yeast as soon as possible after fermentation.

With high attenuation and up to 11% alcohol, Abbaye dry yeast is ideal for Belgians with higher alcohol content.
It ferments very fast and reveals a subtle, well-balanced character.
Used for lower-alcohol styles, it gives a dry, crisp finish that makes for refreshing session beers or other light styles.

Fermentation temperature: 54°-77°F, Ideally 59-68°F
