Commercially sterilized and containing no preservatives, you can add this puree directly to your primary or secondary fermenter to Flavor beer, mead, or wines.
The purees contain no seeds and have been commercially sterilized.
Because the seeds have been removed, purees are more slightly more concentrated than whole fruit.
Use 10-15% less blackberry puree than called for by the recipe.
One 49 oz. can will make 1 gallon of fruit wine.
You should never boil the puree as it can create off flavors.
The product contains no preservatives and no additives.
Vintners Harvest Fruit Purees can be used in any beer or wine recipe that calls for fruit.
